I. Achieving cooperation between Kuomintang and the communists and reforming the Kuomintang

    This is a picture of Dr. Sun Yat-sen and Madame Sun     receiving Mr. Hill and other American friends in Shanghai in     September, 1922.



    2. Draft of the constitution and charter of the Chinese     Kuomintang (Nationalist Party)     the Guangxi
    This is a picture of Draft of the Constitution of the     Nationalist Party of China and Draft of the Charter of the     Nationalist Party of China, which were personally     corrected by Dr. Sun Yat-sen and passed at the     conference on reforming the Kuomintang on January 2, 1923.



    3. Site of the third National Congress of the Communist Party     of China
    The third National Congress of the Communist Party of China     was held in Canton in June 1923, which adopted the     Resolution on the Problems of National Movement and the     Nationalist Party, allowing members of the Communist Party to     join the Nationalist Party in order to realize ¡°cooperation     within the Party¡±. This is a picture of the site of the third     congress.



    4. Inscriptions by Dr. Sun Yat-sen





    The meeting for friendship of members of the Nationalist Party     of China was held in Canton on October 10¡ª16, 1923. Dr. Sun     Yat-sen wrote the inscription of ¡°revolution is not yet     succeeded, we still have to endeavour¡± for the meeting.
