Chinese National New Energy Engineering Research Center Establishes South China Branch at SYSU

 

Recently Chinese National New Energy Engineering Research Center set up its South China Branch at the Institute for Solar Energy Systems, Sun Yat-sen University. Attending the unveiling ceremony of the branch were Han Jiangong, Director of Chinese National New Energy Engineering Research Center, Vice Director of Guangzhou Technology Bureau Zhou Zhaoxu, Assistant to SYSU President Xia Lianghui, and Dean of the School of Physics and Engineering Wang Biao. Since the Institute for Solar Energy Systems belongs to the Innovation Research Platform under the university’s 985 Program, the establishment of the South China Branch of Chinese National New Energy Engineering Research Center will greatly enhance this platform’s research edge and make new contributions to the solar industry’s development in Guangdong and China.
