SYSU Student Wins First Prize in 10th Korean Speech Competition for Foreigners

 

Mu Xiaolu, an SYSU student with the School of Translation and Interpretation of SYSU who currently studies at the Dankook University in South Korea as an exchange student, won the first prize in the 10th Korean Speech Competition for Foreigners recently held in Seoul. The competition was specially launched for the 562nd anniversary of the Korean language, attracting contestants from China, Vietnam, Japan, etc. With a speech titled Traditional Etiquette in Korea, Mu outshone other competitors and received the honor.
